Large-scale production


There are three major production bases of the Group: Science and Technology Venture Park, Science and Technology Industrial Park and Science and Technology Industry Park. It covers an area of 1670 acres, with 600,000 square meters of modernized standard workshop, 6 production lines, and has an annual production capacity of 30,000 sets presses.



Specialization Production


•The Group consists of five production departments: YANGLI machine tool department , YANGLI heavy duty machine department, YANGLI precision machine department, YANGLI CNC department and YANGLI hydraulic press department

•YANGLI Machine Tool Department is mainly engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of single point series presses with fixed bed, gantry single point series presses, hot die forging series and automatic production line.

•YANGLI Heavy Duty Machine Department is mainly engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of heavy duty press, multi-station press, multi-link press and automatic production line.

•YANGLI Precision Machine Department is mainly engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of high-speed accuracy press, open back single point/double-point press, gantry double point press and automatic production line.

•YANGLI CNC Department is mainly engaged in R&D and manufacturing of high-tech products that integrated with optics, electronics, hydraulic, including CNC turret punching machine, CNC bending machine, CNC shearing machine, CNC accuracy laser cutting machine, CNC flexible and automatic production lines, etc.

•YANGLI Hydraulic Department is engaged in hydraulic products, including general shearing machine, bending machine, four-column hydraulic press, various high-grade servo hydraulic press and the automatic production lines.


High-end equipment


The Group has strong advantages in the production of specialized parts. It has 1 copper casting workshop, 2 blank casting workshop, 2 lost die production lines, 5 welding workshops and robot welding for small machine, 8 part processing workshops, and all the key parts have realized specialized producing, such as crankshaft, ball rod, air cushion, balance cylinder, clutch, and connecting rod, etc. There are more than 2000 sets of various types of processing and production equipment, including PAMA, MAZAK, OKUMA, SHW, GLEASON, WALTER, HYUNDAI-WIA, KAOMING, HAAS and other CNC machining centers up to 300 sets. Maximum lifting of single part is 300 tons, the maximum processing diameter of parts is 5m, the maximum processing length is 12m, the accuracy is ensured to be 0.01/1000mm, the maximum tempering furnace is 18*15*25m, the deepest hardening and tempering is φ 1.2m*12m, the vacuum atmosphere nitriding furnace is φ1.2 m*1.6, the maximum weight of single casting part is 50t, and the maximum processing rotary table is 100tons.


Intelligent Manufacturing


Agile Manufacturing Integrated Management and Control Platform (AMCP)
To meet the needs of changeable market and small batch customized production, the Group has created a personalized "Agile Manufacturing Integrated Management and Control Platform". It tracks, identifies, analyses and manages all nodes of the business life cycle chain, provides data support for decision-making level, provides business objectives for management level, and provides management and control objectives for execution level.

Manufacturing Collaborative Management Platform (MES)
In order to improve the “granularity”of manufacturing management and control, the Group is introduced the production process execution system of manufacturing enterprises. The production information and manufacturing data of workshop execution level are integrated and decomposed into various management modules to build a solid, reliable, comprehensive and feasible process management platform for enterprises.
